I'm flirting with the idea of adopting a dog for companionship for the last year or so. And the main reason to this lenghty delay, was my concern about my dog well being more than mine. I never had a dog before, i would love to have one and I have the means to support us both. I drive a 2006 Volvo (and i will own it starting next january), hauling reefer loads mainly between Alberta,Canada toward Midwest (IA,NE,KS,IL) with reloads back home via Toronto,Canada then back trough canadian provinces. I would like to be coached (since I'm a novice) and be helped in my quest to become a trucker pet owner. I had allready a 1st time ugly experience with an unbroken young dog who ruined my carpet and it cost me about 700 usd to fix it. My fault , not his, of course.
